Mission

 

The mission of the CPFR Content Development and Execution Subcommittee is to lead the development of new supporting materials to enrich the usefulness and scope of our guidelines, case studies and other aids to our community of practitioners.

 

Who should participate?

 

Senior Managers across functions who have significant experience in collaborative commerce and a keen interest in thought leadership in CPFR.

 

Recent Activities

The Implementing Successful Large Scale CPFR® Programs & Onboarding Trading Partners Business Process Guideline was published Dec 2007.  This guideline is available to members only.  Join VICS today!

The Content & Execution committee has identified and has begun collecting a number of tools/templates and processes that have been used in implementing CPFR.  Many of the tools are time tested and others are new and demonstrate there are many paths to successful collaboration.  The Committee will continue to acquire value add material and will make it available to members in a structured portfolio as well as supply the Education Committee will material to build/refine their educational programs.
