Mission
The mission of this committee is to identify practical business applications and guidelines for the use of EPCglobal standards using RFID technology and the expected benefits, within the Apparel & Footwear retail supply chain. To this end the committee is developing and documenting process flows, creating a forum for sharing best practice information for practical applications and identifying potential benefits through case studies for item level tagging.

- CSMCP, VICS and University of Arkansas Release Findings of Latest Item-Level RFID Research press release.
- Item-Level RFID: Future Direction - Current Status - Hear New ROI Research Results October 27-28, 2009 at the VICS and CSCMP Item-Level RFID Forum, hosted by University of Arkansas.
- Utilize research from University of Arkansas to develop educational programs for members. The research was presented initially at an RFID forum in January 2008. Following that presentation, the committee will work to develop education program and dates to coincide with Committee meetings in 2008. Click here to download the complete Phase I white paper.
