Mission

The mission of the CPFR and S&OP Subcommittee is to develop business guidelines, roadmaps and case studies that document and define the benefit of linking these two best practices to create a model for integrated business planning across the value chain.

Recent Activities

If you have an existing CPFR and/or S&OP process in place, please join other industry leaders in an important effort to document best practices in the integration of these important business processes. This is a new subcommittee and we are looking to expand our roster of participants.
