These documents help to fill a void in the industry today. To our knowledge, no one has created documentation regarding business best practices for implementing electronic messages. Numerous solutions exist from a technical standards perspective, however, the business implementation guidelines are a new solution in filling the business need.
We have created and continue to create, implementation guidelines for key transportation electronic messages that will assist organizations with best practices for implementation. These documents provide the business context for the message, benefits, implementation best practices and recommended standards.
